In this first LCL Practitioner Community – Cohort 1 Gathering, we come together at Takeda Office to explore one powerful theme: TRUTH.
How much truth is truly helpful for a team? Where are the healthy boundaries? And how does honesty, when practiced with care, influence psychological safety and long-term performance?
Through guided reflection, small-group conversations, and shared stories from real organizational contexts, practitioners will:
– Examine their own relationship with truth as leaders and coaches
– Explore what “truth-telling with care” looks like in high-performing teams
– Identify patterns that build or break trust and psychological safety
– Gather practical questions and practices they can bring back to their organizations
This gathering is designed as a safe, member-only space where leaders can slow down, think deeply, and sharpen their ability to hold honest conversations that still honour dignity, respect, and sustainable relationships.
Together with the LCL Practitioner Community, they will guide a focused 2-hour exploration on “TRUTH” – what it means to speak truth with care, how much is enough, where healthy boundaries lie, and how honest conversations influence psychological safety and high-performing teams.
This is not a keynote talk, but a co-created conversation, held by the Takeda team and the LCL community, for leaders who want to grow in courage, clarity and compassion.
