1. Purpose & Scope

To ensure a sustainable community for connection, learning, and development through established standards of conduct, safety, security, and sharing.

These terms apply to all activities organized or operated by LCL (including events, classes, forums, chat groups, and resource platforms), and are binding for all guests, speakers, mentors, volunteers, event partners, and especially Members of the LCL Practitioner Community.

Participation constitutes agreement to comply with these terms. If a specific program or event has its own set of rules, those rules will take precedence for that program or event.

 

2. Membership Eligibility & Activation

 

2.1. Eligibility Requirements: The Community is exclusively for individuals who have successfully completed at least one certification program within LCL’s certification system (e.g., Team Psychological Safety, Hero’s Journey, Leadership Reinvention, Leading Change).

 

2.2. Activation & Duration: Upon completing a certification program, learners are granted a 12-month Community Membership as a value-added benefit of the course. This membership is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

 

2.3. Renewal: Before the membership expires, LCL will send a renewal notification through official channels. If a membership is not renewed within 30 days after its expiration date, access and benefits may be suspended until the renewal process is complete.

 

3. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to the current benefits of the Community, including:

✔ Participation in exclusive workshops, networking events, and advanced learning sessions.

✔ Access to the Digital Learning Hub and the Practitioner Profile platform.

✔ Connection within the LCL network of professionals.

Benefits are subject to change (additions, modifications, or suspensions) according to the operational plans of each period. All changes will be announced through LCL’s official channels.

 

4. Code of Conduct & Member Obligations

Members commit to upholding the Code of Conduct of the LCL Practitioner Community, which includes standards for communication, information confidentiality, academic sharing, professional collaboration, and active contribution to the Community.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

LCL is committed to protecting the personal information and data of its Members in accordance with Vietnamese law, using it solely for the purposes of operating, training, and connecting the Community.

Members are also responsible for respecting and protecting the confidentiality of other members’ information and shall not share or use Community data for any purpose beyond its intended scope.

6. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Payment of renewal fees or fees for advanced events and programs is governed by LCL’s Payment & Refund Policy.

This policy also includes guidelines for cancellations, postponements, or changes to the format of events.

7. Recording & Image Rights

LCL may record videos and take photographs during events for communication, training, and reporting purposes. Any individual or organization wishing to use these images for commercial purposes must obtain prior written permission.

Members may opt-out of having their image used by notifying us via email before the event at: hello@leaderscreate.com.

 

8. Reporting Channels & Whistleblower Protection

LCL encourages Members to report any violations or inappropriate behavior through our official channels:

All reports will be kept confidential, handled transparently, and will adhere to the principles of “no retaliation” and “no prejudice.”

 

9. Violation Enforcement

A four-level enforcement scale will be applied: Reminder → Official Warning → Temporary Suspension → Removal from the Community (which may be permanent for serious violations).

Enforcement will be guided by the principles of being proportional, swift, and fair. All violations will be recorded internally.

 

10. Brand Usage & Communications

  • Do not use the LCL logo or brand on personal publications without prior permission. When permission is granted, you must adhere to the brand guidelines.

  • When sharing case studies or materials from the community, always cite the source. Obtain permission if the content includes personal identifiers.

  • When organizing activities on behalf of LCL, you must fully comply with the brand identity standards and content approval processes.

11. Final Decision & Interpretation Rights

For issues or behaviors not explicitly covered in these Terms, LCL reserves the right to make the final decision and interpretation to protect the safety and quality of the Community.

 

12. Updates to Terms & Validity

These Terms may be updated to reflect current practices and legal requirements. Notifications will be sent through official channels before the effective date. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the new version.
